My name is Matt Vance and I live in Austin, Texas. I moved to Austin in 1991 to attend the University of Texas. I decided on UT because I had heard good things about Austin and because it had a juggling club, the Texas Juggling Society.
At the end of my second year at UT, I started working at the Texas Medical Association. After a year of working at TMA, I dropped out of college and began working full time. I currently work as a Systems Administrator for Collective Technologies.
In my spare time I like to juggle, listen to music, watch movies, read, eat, travel, spend money, explore on the net, and other miscellaneous things.
I started juggling in 1988. On my best days I can juggle 7 balls and 5 clubs. Yes, I have juggled fire, knives, and bowling balls. No, I have not tried a chain saw, but if someone ever gives me one I'll consider it. I sometimes perform, but I usually juggle just for the fun of it.
